We can not be responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. Delivery is guaranteed, in the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense.
* Our aim is to deliver all orders within 8 working days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered goods is out of stock, we will email you to advise you of the likely delay.

RETURN
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within  15 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.
For every refund,a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return.

EXCHANGE
Exchanges are only allowed when the merchandise are defective or damaged upon receipt, not as per your order or not proper size. Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted and you can get the return address. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
